Separately mail documents to clients

There is a desire to be able to send, separately from the existing modules, a mail from Bouwportaal with attached documents. This could be based on existing documents stored or created in Bouwportaal, or to add new documents to the mail.

This should also include the ability to customize the text template / subject / add multiple recipients.
