Bulk changes on quotations/invoices/purchase invoices + drag and drop of lines

There is a desire to be able to select multiple lines at the same time and apply bulk changes to fields such as general ledger account/tax rates.

There is also a desire to be able to drag the lines instead of moving them with the arrows.
