Show 'Open bookings' column in project overview

The desire is to have a column in the project overview that shows which bookings are still open, allowing you to filter projects accordingly. This ensures that you don't have to look at all projects to see whether everything has been invoiced/processed. Instead, a simple filter button allows you to see whether a project still has project bookings with the status 'open'.
