The desire is to have the option of adding an extra field for notes to each planning item. Here you can place notes about the item separately from the description. In the description, you can list tasks that need to be performed by employees. The notes are then specifically about the agreements for that particular planning item, so that you know exactly what has been agreed or whether you may need to call to reschedule or indicate that the item has not yet been definitively planned and you are waiting for feedback from the client.
